National Business Officers Association Webinar on "Admissions & Enrollment Contracts"

Times have changed and parents are increasingly challenging schools based on both the admissions process and enrollment contracts. This session will address the challenges facing schools in this new environment, including objections to admissions decisions, requests for admissions materials and the process used by schools for determining admission decisions. The session will also review the factors that schools must consider when drafting enrollment contracts to provide the greatest flexibility in enforcing the contract and responding to inappropriate parent behavior, outstanding debt and release of transcripts, as well as admissions records for denied students.
