Committee for Education Funding

Ronald Jacobs spoke to the Committee for Education Funding, an organization with over 100 members that represent a broad spectrum of the education community, about recent changes to the House and Senate Ethics Rules and the Lobbying Disclosure Act. The new rules impose many new disclosure requirements on organizations that employ lobbyists, and prohibit lobbyists from giving gifts to House and Senate members and staff.
