As a guest of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Suncoast Chapter, Rob Burton delivered a keynote speech on the acquisition priorities of the next Administration and Congress. He gave the speech to government and industry members of the NCMA chapter in Tampa, FL, on December 2, 2008. The chapter includes NCMA members from across the state of Florida.
