Paul Debolt will be speaking at the February meeting of Northern Virginia Chapter of the National Contract Management Association on February 5, 2009. Paul's presentation will cover mitigating litigation risk in government contract awards and administration.
The presentation will be based in large part on the chapter written by Paul, Terry Elling, Rob Burton, Diz Locaria and Jeff Chiow regarding risk mitigation which is to be published in an upcoming book. The chapter focuses on identifying and managing claim and litigation risks in the context of government contracts.
