Sheryl Robinson Wood will moderate a panel discussion entitled "Anti-kickback and Stark" at the National Bar Association's Healthcare Law Summit on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. The presentation will provide the fundamental information needed to understand the federal Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute and will discuss the similarities and differences between the two laws, including the recent governmental changes in effect under the Stark Law. Participants will receive practice tips for application of both laws and a summary of the applicable penalties for violations of either. Registration information can be found on the NBA's website.
