Kevin Shepherd was co-chair and speaker at the annual meeting of the Anglo-American Real Property Institute (AARPI) that was held September 4-6 in Philadelphia. Kevin’s program involved a comparative analysis of risk management techniques in commercial real estate transactions in the United States and the United Kingdom. Kevin’s co-presenter was Martin Quicke, a real estate partner with Clyde & Co LLP in London. Membership in AARPI is by invitation and is limited to 50 real estate professionals from each of the United States and the United Kingdom. Phil Horowitz is a member of AARPI as well.
