IRS Correction Program, ABA Tax Section, Employee Benefits Committee Meeting

Lisa Tavares spoke on a panel, entitled "Are Prototype Plans the Solution?," about many of the issues employers face in administering retirement plans and working with retirement plan vendors.  Lisa also moderated a panel on the IRS qualified plan correction program including ABA proposed comments as the vice-chair of the Subcommittee on Self-Correction and Other Administrative Practices.  The panels were held as part of the Employee Benefits Committee at the American Bar Association Taxation May Meeting.
