On May 13, 2010, Michael Signorelli presented “Meeting Your Privacy Obligations: Online Behavioral Advertising: Understanding the Privacy Implications” at the Canadian Institute’s conference on privacy and protecting against breaches, liability and reputational risks.  Mr. Signorelli discussed industry efforts to self-regulate online behavioral advertising as well as the legislative and regulatory outlook in the coming months.
