“CEQ Proposes to Modernize and Reinvigorate NEPA - Categorical Exclusions and Mitigation/Monitoring” at the Association of Airport Executives National Aviation Environmental Management Conference

This event has already occurred.
The presentation will address two of CEQ’s recent proposed guidance documents and how they will affect the environmental review process.  It will focus on the challenges that the guidance will present for projects requiring Federal approval – the Categorical Exclusion guidance will make it more difficult for project proponents to entirely avoid environmental review, and the mitigation and monitoring guidance will lead to enhanced responsibilities for both project proponents and federal regulators.
