Doug Green will speak on the panel, "Key Developments in Waste and Resource Recovery Law," at the 18th Section Fall Meeting: ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources Law Summit. Practitioners from government, private practice and non-governmental organizations will focus on two significant regulatory developments: EPA’s proposed rule for regulating coal combustion residuals under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and EPA’s final rule revising the definition of “solid waste” under RCRA. The panel will discuss the practical implications of both rulemakings on recycling, beneficial use, and reduction.
