Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission annual judicial retreat

Ron Taylor chaired a panel discussing the implications of significant decisions in the area of occupational safety and health at the annual judicial retreat of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, the body that adjudicates all cases arising under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The retreat was held in Charleston, South Carolina from September 13 - 16. Mr. Taylor's panel was on Wednesday, September 15. He was one of about a handful of private attorneys asked to present on topics for the Judges, Commissioners, and the staff attorneys of the Commission.
