"Effective Techniques for Using and Excluding Evidence in Employment Litigation," teleconference for Virginia CLE

This event has already occurred.

Trials involving discrimination, breach of employment contracts, wrongful termination, claims of retaliation, and other employment law torts present some of the most interesting and complex evidentiary issues in trial courts today. During this interactive program, the faculty, including Lesley Pate Marlin, will review a number of the most commonly recurring evidentiary topics in employment litigation, and will discuss the most appropriate way to handle these issues both in and out of court.

Registration and more information is available on Virginia CLE's website.
