This event has already occurred.
Venable LLP
8010 Towers Crescent Drive
Vienna, VA 22182

Last year, the Defense Contract Audit Agency's (DCAA) appointment of Director Patrick Fitzgerald promised to usher in a new era of cooperation between the Agency and contractors to the Department of Defense (DOD). Among the priorities outlined by DCAA was to "improve communications and working relationships with stakeholders."

Venable's Bill Walsh, Scott Hommer and Rob Burton, partners in the firm's Government Contracts Group, will discuss the changes at DCAA, including approval of contractor's business systems, ethics programs and compliance audits. Kenneth J. Saccoccia, Assistant Director of Policy and Planning with DCAA has agreed to participate on the panel. Other members of the panel will include Bill Colwell, Senior Counsel, Litigation & Cost Policy, The Boeing Company, and former Acting Administrator of the OFPP, Rob Burton. The panel will be moderated by Scott Hommer.
