Ron Jacobs spoke the the Tax Coalition about lobbying ethics issues at the Coalition's annual meeting in Annapolis on May 14. He addressed the House and Senate gift rules and the exemptions to those rules that allow lobbyists to interact with Members of Congress and staff.
The Tax Coalition was founded in 1983 to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas among professionals in federal tax policymaking and to encourage the professional development of women in federal tax policy.
