"Organizational Conflicts of Interest," Annual Meeting of the Navy Office of General Counsel Alumni Association

On May 4, 2011, Bill Walsh and Rebecca Pearson briefed the annual meeting of the Navy Office of General Counsel Alumni Association on Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCIs), including recent and proposed regulatory changes and case law.  OCI issues frequently arise in federal procurements in situations where a contractor's objectivity is or might be impaired, the contractor has an improper competitive advantage, or the contractor is unable to render impartial advice.
