ACC's Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of in-house counsel from around the world. Since it began in 1983, it has grown to become the premier annual event for corporate attorneys. Attendees can choose from over 100 CLE/CPD courses, meet with legal service providers and network with their peers. Presented by the IT, Privacy & eCommerce Committee, the Standards for Electronic Transfer and Confidential Information panel will focus on what constitutes a security breach with electronic transfers, the steps to take following such breach, the obligation to the National Provider Identifier, how insurance coverage is considered, and the differences in the state laws.
