Teleconference
This presentation will focus on mergers relating to the Internet that have recently been reviewed by the federal agencies, and what can be learned from how the agencies evaluated the deals. Another focus of the presentation is on what companies, whether or not they are parties to the transaction, should expect from an FTC or DOJ investigation in this area.
