John Cooney will present "Effective Advocacy with the Executive Branch" to the American League of Lobbyists on October 15, 2012. The presentation will outline the structure of Executive Branch policy with particular focus on promulgation of regulations. John will illustrate effective techniques of engaging with agency officials on policy issues by drawing examples from policy decisions in which he has been engaged.
