Please join us for an in-depth discussion of the evolution of the debarment and suspension process in light of heightened scrutiny by GAO, Inspector Generals, Congress and other interested third parties.  This program will focus on the debarment and suspension process, "fact-based" referrals, evidentiary requirements and how administrative agreements are handled.  The various entry points to debarments and suspensions will also be discussed, e.g., mandatory disclosures, poor contract performance and the DCAA.

WMACCA will apply for 1.5 hours of Virginia MCLE credit.
