Craig Thompson, with attorney Kay Baxter from New Orleans, co-presented a webinar exploring the minefield of social media and ethical considerations that arise during pretrial discovery and at the time of trial.  Sponsored by the IADC Trial Techniques & Tactics Committee, the presentation was attended by several dozen attorneys from across the country.  Topics included issues ranging from witness and juror background checks to confidentiality of social networking communications and invasion of privacy.
