"Implicit Bias in the Courtroom" for the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC)

Craig Thompson moderated a webinar sponsored by the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) tiled “Implicit Bias in the Courtroom: Where Do We Go From Here?”  The webinar – held on March 14 - explored the extent to which judges, attorneys, litigants, jurors, and others possess implicit biases that impact how they deal with facts, evidence, witnesses, and more in the courtroom. The webinar examined the latest research concerning implicit, unintentional biases, and offered practical strategies for reducing their effects.
