Dismas Locaria and James Boland will lead a discussion covering both the important implications and opportunities arising out of three significant final rules issued by the SBA implementing the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The new rules address, among other things, major changes with respect to small business size and status integrity and liability, small business subcontracting plans, and small business set asides for task and delivery order contracts. These rules will impact both small and large government contractors.
