As we speak, the Obama administration is considering changes to 501(c)(4) political activity that could be applied to other types of tax-exempt organizations, including 501(c)(6) associations. To help prepare for this, the ASAE Alliance Forum, together with Ogilvy PR and CQ Roll Call, is hosting a panel entitled “IRS Rulemaking and Unintended Consequences”.
