Andrew Currie will be the featured guest lecturer at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business on April 3. He will present "Bankruptcy 101" as part of the Spring 2014 course "A Seminar in Corporate Restructuring," taught by Mark Weinsweig, the founder of Weinsweig Advisors LLC, and Mark Spragg, a senior managing director at FTI Consulting. Mr. Currie's presentation will provide an overview of the bankruptcy process including historical context, reasons for filing, and the pros and cons of filing, among other topics.
