Please join us on September 30th for a webinar that will examine the life cycle of a fund for LPs and fund managers of later stage private equity and venture funds.

Aligning GP and LP interests throughout the fund life cycle is critical.  However, as funds mature, risk of misalignment increases jeopardizing successful outcomes.  During this one hour webinar, private equity experts from the strategic advisory, legal, and valuation fields will discuss why misalignment can develop and best practices for keeping interests united.

This educational session is ideal for LPs and fund managers of late-stage private equity and venture funds.

Charles J. Morton, Jr., co-chair of Venable’s Corporate Practice Group and past Chairman of the global board of directors of the ACG, will moderate this thoughtful discussion.  Our panel will discuss best practices for the following stages of the fund life cycle:

  • Formation and structuring
  • Raising capital
  • Sourcing deal flow
  • Improving portfolio management
  • Exiting investments

The program will be followed by a brief question and answer session.

Moderator:
Charles J. Morton, Jr., Partner, Venable LLP

Michael R. Manley, Partner, Venable LLP
