Panelists discuss the recent Supreme Court case of Williams-Yulee v. The Florida Bar. The case centers around a Florida Bar rule that prohibits judicial candidates from personally soliciting campaign donations. The issues in this case are interesting to explore for both their potential effect on campaign finance jurisprudence, and their effect on court systems in states which elect judges.
