• Exploring the latest techniques in allocating risk in complex or difficult brownfield remediation projects in order to keep such projects on schedule and on budget and reviewing the strengths and weaknesses of those measures.
• An analysis of the moral hazards for all parties -- that is, how in typical fee-for-service arrangements, the parties have different financial incentives -- and how such hazards can be mitigated through the use of cost caps, risk sharing, and other negative and positive payment incentives.
