"Navigating Key Intersections of Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Law" at the American Bar Association's Environmental, Energy, and Resources Law 23rd Fall Conference

Jim Burnley will be on a speaking panel at the ABA's Environmental, Energy, and Resources Law 23rd Fall Conference in Chicago. The panel is entitled "Navigating Key Intersections of Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Law" and the panelists will discuss how EPA, FERC and DoT may go about regulating the nation's transportation and energy infrastructure and markets, and highlight key upcoming developments in these areas.
