Andrew Currie was the featured guest lecturer at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business on March 22, 2016. He presented "Introduction to Bankruptcy 101" as part of the Spring 2016 course "A Seminar in Corporate Restructuring." Mr. Currie's presentation provided an overview of the chapter 11 bankruptcy process including zone of solvency, board issues, historical context, reasons for filing, the pros and cons of filing, DIP loans and operational strategies, among other topics.
