On July 27, Norman Lencz presented a seminar on "Choice of Entity for Owners of Closely-Held Businesses" at the Summer Institute of Taxation of the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Norman's seminar was part of the Wealth Planning for High-Net Worth Individuals and Owners of Closely-Held Companies Program.
