Viktoriya Shpigelman, with the help of Kelly E. Johnson, was a guest lecturer via videoconference to Russian law students at Udmurt State University on December 1, 2016. Ms. Shpigelman presented on the U.S. judicial system and civil procedure law. The program was sponsored by the Southern Illinois University School of Law and the American Bar Association.
