At ACI’s Ninth Annual Expert Forum on ITC Litigation & Enforcement, Partner Michael P. Sandonato moderated the panel “Dialogue With CBP And Industry On The Enforcement Of Exclusion Orders.” Michael’s panel, which included two members of U.S. Customs and Border Protection – Dax Terrill, Senior Attorney-Advisor at the Intellectual Property Rights Branch and Juan Porras, Assistant Center Director for Validation and Compliance at the Machinery Center for Excellence and Expertise – focused on how the IPR Branch, the CEEs and stakeholders work together to effect the fair and efficient enforcement of ITC Limited and General Exclusion Orders.
