Fred Wagner presented "NEPA - Making NEPA Practice Better: Progress and Perspectives from the Cohen Summit NEPA Panels" at the National Association of Environmental Professionals 42nd Annual Conference on March 28, 2017. The panel discussed advancements in NEPA implementation and considered areas for further improvement. The panel also summarized a discussion from the 2016 Cohen Summit around NEPA's role in government and recommitting senior leadership; maximizing flexibility of the CEQ regulations; investing in streamlining; and developing a 21st century impact assessment structure.
