Chris Sega presented "Reverse-Engineering Life Insurance to Meet a Client's Specific Planning Needs: A Case Study" at the American Bar Association Tax Section's Fiduciary Income Tax Committee Meeting on May 13, 2017. The panel, chaired by Chris, explored the use of financial modeling and probability analysis to design life insurance policies that deliver the lowest cost for each $1 of insurance death benefit. The panel then addressed the use of split-dollar and other financing techniques for funding the insurance premiums.
