Michael W. Robinson presented "The Future of Law Practice: It's Coming at Warp Speed" on June 16, 2017. Robinson served as a panelist on a Virginia State Bar (VSB) CLE at the VSB Annual Meeting. The CLE was based on the report of the Virginia State Bar Committee on the Study for the Future of Law Practice and reports of the American Bar Association and other state bar studies. Robinson spoke on issues involving the impact of technology on the regulation and practice of law, artificial intelligence in the practice of law, access to justice issues, and alternative business structures.
