Chris Kim presented "Top Ten Legal Tips When Procuring Tech Solutions" at Michigan Society of Association Executives 2018 Operations Conference. Nonprofits face unique challenges in IT procurement contracts, due to the complexity of IT subject matter and the distinctions between their organizations and the typical for-profit customer. This session discussed ten important contract issues including strategies and potential liabilities to consider when negotiating with technology vendors.
