Belinda Vega and Matthew Gurvitz will present "Navigating Expert Testimony In California" during an upcoming California Society of CPA’s Forensic Services Section meeting. This program will address a variety of recent cases molding the legal standards of admissible opinions. The speakers will address a variety of topics related to the new increased scrutiny under California state law for expert reports, examples of economic damages in various contexts (such as business profits valuations and class action damages to consumers), and tips on how to craft a successful and admissible damages report.
