Women Attorneys at Venable (WAVe) hosted a dynamic and interactive panel discussion exploring the impact that institutional employment structures have on diverse and evolving employee populations, particularly with respect to leadership and advancement opportunities. Attendees received awareness of the many factors influencing their own individual paths to success, and tangible strategies they can use to effect meaningful change within their own organizations.
