Bob Waldman will present on "Asset Valuation Strategies for Private Foundations" at the 55th Washington Non-Profit Legal & Tax Conference on March 29, 2019. The program will review the fundamental rules governing the valuation of private foundations assets, with an emphasis on valuing alternative (real estate, hedge/private equity/venture capital funds, infrastructure assets) and other illiquid assets. The program will also explore the interaction of asset valuation practices, Form 990-PF preparation, and Section 4942 distribution calculations.
