Please join us this Thursday, May 23, 2019 as  Shannon Yavorsky speaks on "Key Privacy and Security Issues in M&A Transactions" at the Association for Corporate Growth's Middle Market Forum.

The forum will feature round table discussions focusing on key issues impacting deal terms and trends in M&A, including the following:

  • Constructing M&A Valuation

The Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) is a global organization with 59 chapters and more than 14,500 members which strives to bring dealmakers together to help them achieve their business and professional goals.
