Tom Lingan and Fred Wagner will present "NEPA Streamlining: Practitioner Perspectives on Opportunities and Risks" at 2019 National Association of Environmental Professionals Conference, The Environmental Landscape in the Age of Infrastructure Modernization, on May 20, 2019. The program will cover opportunities and risks from a practitioner's perspective for the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) streamlining under recent Secretarial and Executive Orders. The NAEP Conference is an annual gathering-place for environmental professionals to share new projects and technical knowledge on environmental improvements, NEPA updates, environmental conservation and planning and climate change.
