Hot Topics in Media Law

Lee Brenner is presenting "Hot Topics in Media Law" to the student editorial team for the University of California, Los Angeles's newspaper, The Daily Bruin. Topics will be will include first Amendment protections, unlawful recordings, reporter shield law protections, copyright infringement, right of publicity, intrusion into seclusion, public disclosure of private facts and freedom of information act issues under state and federal law.
