Craig Thompson was a guest lecturer at Harvard Law School on November 7, and presented "Litigation, Leadership and Life" to student members and faculty advisors of the Harvard Association for Law and Business (HALB).
The Harvard Association for Law & Business is the premier student group addressing the business interests of Harvard Law School students. It aims to provide a forum for students to pursue interests in business both within and outside of law, as well as provide networking and recruiting opportunities for various business-related interests.
Thompson spoke with the audience about: litigating major matters on behalf of corporations; the importance of seeking opportunities to serve in leadership positions within and outside of the legal profession, and charting a course to fulfill important life goals. After his formal presentation, Thompson answered questions about Venable, networking strategies and growth opportunities for young associates at law firms.
