On November 14, 2019, Elizabeth Steiff co-presented "Opportunity Zone Funds: Basic Rules" at AICPA's National Tax Conference, a two-day event in Washington, DC that brings leading tax practitioners and key government officials together to present differing and shared positions on the ever-changing tax landscape. The presentation covered the basic rules regarding the formation and operation of opportunity zone funds and qualified opportunity zone businesses.
