Lynne M. Durbin is president of InLine LLC, a business and risk consulting firm, and retired vice president, general counsel and secretary for Adhesives Research, Inc. Her board service is extensive and includes positions at Planned Parenthood of Maryland, Planned Parenthood Federation of America National Nominating Committee, Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, Women's Law Center of Maryland, Parks and People Foundation, Maryland State Supplemental Retirement Plans, and Maryland Financial Education and Capability Commission. She has served in leadership roles in a number of these boards, including as former president of the Executive Alliance, and board chair of Girl Scouts of Central Maryland from 2014 to 2018.
She will join Stacie Tobin, partner-in-charge of Venable's Baltimore office, to discuss the ways in which women can maximize their impact in board and committee roles. Stacie is a litigator who has been recognized for her service on nonprofit boards, including Special Olympics Maryland, Live Baltimore, Executive Alliance, and Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance.
