“Antitrust Considerations for Nonprofits: How to Identify Issues and Reduce Risks,” hosted by Association of Corporate Counsel – National Capital Region (ACC-NCR)

On April 21, Venable partner Eric Berman led a panel that included the National Restaurant Association's general counsel and the Virginia REALTORS general counsel for an ACC-NCR webinar, "Antitrust Considerations for Nonprofits: How to Identify Issues and Reduce Risks." The panelists presented an overview of antitrust laws pertaining to nonprofit organizations and trade associations. The webinar was attended by over 80 in-house lawyers from large nonprofits and associations (as well as a few for-profit companies) and has received very positive feedback.
