"The Climate is Changing, Should NEPA? Climate Change Considerations under NEPA and CEQ’s Draft Rule," hosted by The American Bar Association (ABA)

Tyler Welti, who serves as chair of the Public Land and Resources Committee within the Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) division of the American Bar Association (ABA), will moderate an ABA CLE webinar, "The Climate is Changing, Should NEPA? Climate Change Considerations under NEPA and CEQ’s Draft Rule," on May 12, 2020. The diverse panel, including speakers from the government, industry, an environmental non-governmental organization, and academia, will discuss existing policy and directives, recent case law, and the Council on Environmental Quality's proposed NEPA regulations as they relate to obligation under NEPA to consider greenhouse gas and climate change effects.
