Venable partner Fred Wagner was featured as a panelist in a workshop, “Final Rule: Update to the Regulations Implementing the Procedural Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act,” hosted by National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP) on November 16, 2020. The workshop provided participants with ways to improve preparation of documents pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and best practices for compliance with NEPA as the transition to the Council on Environmental Quality Final Rule is in progress.
