Virginia & Beyond: How the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act Impacts the Data Privacy Landscape

Mike Signorelli, Tara Sugiyama Potashnik , and Allie Monticollo will speak at  a webinar entitled “Virginia & Beyond: How the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act Impacts the Data Privacy Landscape,” hosted by the Association of National Advertisers.  Speakers will discuss Virginia’s new privacy law, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) and will provide insight on compliance responsibilities under the new law.  Speakers will address how requirements in the VCDPA differ from obligations in other state privacy proposals, and will provide insight into how the VCDPA fits into the evolving state privacy legislation landscape.
