First Amendment Hot Topics

Lee Brenner will present "First Amendment Hot Topics" for journalism students at the University of California, Los Angeles on Tuesday, October 19. Topics of discussion will include First Amendment protections, prior restraint issues, defamation, false light, invasion of privacy, penal code section 632 recordings, open records laws, reporter shield laws, copyright, and right of publicity.
